Position: Customer Service Executive

REQUIREMENTS
●At least 2 years experience in sales,administration or related customer-service role
●Preferably have a Diploma /Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or other related field
●Must have excellent customer service, communication and organisation skills
●Proficiency in *MS office, specifically: Word, PowerPoint and Excel
● A reliable,dependable, creative individual with ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
RESPONSIBILITIES
●Maintain professional staff and client relationships; welcome and handle clients and office guests.
●Support staff and management with general operational tasks such as general record keeping tasks.
●Managing the flow of information within the office through. communication between departments.
●Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies.
●Ensure office is kept clean and organized at all times.
