Many land investors usually don’t have the time, patience or expertise to personally supervise most of the projects they desire to set up on their parcel.

As a one-stop-shop for our investors, we also offer general contracting services for a variety of different real estate projects as those clients may wish implemented. These range from something as simple as doing the fencing on their land to managing entire construction projects as the general contractor.

Some of what we do include setting up and implementing the project plan for:

• Fencing/Boundary setup (stone/brick/cement walls, kayappa & barbed wire, natural barrier – tree lining)
• Landscaping (greenscape – lawns, greenery etc, hardscape – walkways, seating areas etc, and water elements)
• Interior fit-outs (kitchen/bedroom design and setup, workspace design and fit-out for offices)
• Remodelling and renovations (upgrading flooring, electrical/internet connectivity, office rebranding/facelifts etc)
• New construction (project coordination of all aspects regarding implementation of architects plan)
