Joint Ventures
Starting off as a service to help our clients sell their existing parcels (most of which they had not bought with us), this land-resale portion of our overall business has grown into a full-fledged joint-venture department.
Through this department we partner with our clients in different capacities within the real estate space. The most common is in helping interested sellers to find buyers for their property. Any party interested in selling their specific parcel usually approach us, we conduct our due diligence on the property, and afterwards list it among our ‘For-Sale’ portfolio and actively seek buyers for our now-partner that is selling the land.
This is usually helped by the fact that we have a vast network of current and potential clients, plus the consistent marketing we do on all our platforms, not to mention activations and walk-in clients.
Buying a joint venture property from us one can be assured that:
- Highly targeted land acquisition: if looking to buy in a specific area, then this arrangements will work best for you, since we can scout for land in the exact area you wish to buy in.
- Due diligence has been thoroughly conducted: our long list of past clients, professional network and conveyancing know-how should ease any worries regarding title authenticity.
- Proper boundaries are enforced on-site: from survey work to discussions and agreements with local chiefs, neighbours and close relatives of the seller, we ensure the new owner won’t have to deal with any after-sales boundary drama.
- Proper history and record-keeping: It’s very likely that that in the case of the conveyancing for your property we’ll provide you with critical paperwork that you may not have known was important for your records.
- Escrow and money management: Since the funds are paid to us, you can rest easy and hold us solely responsible for title delivery.
- After-sales services: We have handled lots of requests once we provided a client with the titles to the land in the specific area they wanted to buy in. These range from providing subdivision and fencing services, to merging several different plots into one parcel, to overseeing general contracting on their construction at the new site.
